1. Please post the best you can when replying to or creating an RP topic. This will help others reply to your topic, especially if you put lots of detail in your post. However, you don't have to go overboard with describing your character's clothes flapping in the wind! :3
2. Please try not to post single-line posts unless there is no way you can avoid it or if the single line will fit very well into the topic. Single-liners are hard to reply to unless it's something like a battle scene between two people.
3. Try not to swear to an excessive degree, especially in chat and out of character. Swearing may make the site seem unfriendly or attract the wrong sorts of people, and that isn't exactly what we want here... We want you to enjoy yourself, feel safe and have fun!
4. Please avoid godmodding. (aka: controlling the other person's character) because it may seem rude. The actions you have them do may be out of character or against what the controller wanted the character to do. If it is not your intention to be rude, please PM or ask permission from the character handler beforehand.
5. No adult stuff, eg: links to adult sites. Children may be browsing this site and we don't want them to be mentally scarred/have their internet priveliges revoked, do we?
6. Please wait for your character to be approved before creating a roleplay post. This will prevent confusion about who is doing what and where. We need characters to be created and approved first so we can balance everyone out. Thanks.
7. Please avoid advertising in signatures, posts, profiles, etc as this is not an advertising site. Try RPG-Directory/ForumPromotion for this sort of thing.
8. Have fun and be as polite as you can to those around you. That means no flaming, cursing at other members, insulging them or otherwise performing degrading acts. We want this to be a friendly community!
9. Out of character comments should be put in brackets in posts or said on the chat to prevent confusion between character interactions and player interactions.
10. Moving your character around is a simple process. Either spend coins to use your teleport stones or travel for free via posting your leave from one area and posting your arrival in the next, in separate topics.
